Error in System log:Error901 when executing external command brtools.

Hi,

I am getting the error every 5 mts in my Solution Manager System executed by user SAPSYS in client 000.The program its using is SAPMSSY8 which is the data collection methods.Any info why its giving the above error code?The error indicates its trying to execute external command brtools....where?

Anyone had this issue or any valuable info...

Check if there is a batch job running every five minutes and if it is related to this error.

Hi,

Thanks ...i found the issue was related to the ccms technical expert monitors where the auto reaction method was checking the archive for the fill level and the trace was indicating in the work process the name or password is incorrect.Presently i have removed the method and the error has stopped.
