Recovering the MTE's in RZ20

Hi Experts,

I have by mistake deleted the MTE for availability:

in the monitoring tree i want to delete mte nodes of systems, which are actually not existing anymore. therefore i select in transaction rz20 'extras' > 'maintenance functions on' and then in 'Edit' > 'Node(MTE)' > 'delete' with Option4.

Here instaed of option2 i selected option4 which caused the problem,

Can you help me with recovering back all my configuration?
