hi,

i want to create an iview for web dynpro abap.

does any body know what should you set in the field "application"?

should the field "name space" be set to "sap"?

it was very helpfull, but I have no access to "SICF". Is there another way to find out about the "name space" and the "application name"?

Hi Roshanak,

Maybe I wasn't clear about your question. Which WDA program do you want to create the iView for? Basically, the "application name" is the ABAP program name which you're creating the iView for. The default "name space" is "sap" (as explained in the blog). You don't need to have access to SICF.

Anyway, I guess your ABAP team should be able to provide you with those info.
