I have list of materials ( all most 250+) and Division Number
and need to pulled data for Contract + Division ( Division No Given) +Region + Net Price + Customer ( Sold-to Party) for each material......thanx

I think you can get the required details using VA05N. If you do not have region, you can click on change layout and add the region field.
