Billing Doc Issue

Dear Consultants,

During billing document we can change the Pricing and give the discount as well right now we have this facility in our co. we want block this functionality, can we block this once we enter price and discount in sales order it cannot be changed during Billing document creation.

is there any solution

Go to V/08, select your pricing procedure and execute. There against your condition type, change the box to Mandatory and save. Next go to V/06, select your pricing condition type and execute. There you can see a field at the bottom screen "Manual changes". Select the option required and save.

Also please maintain the copy controls between delivery - Invoice (if delivery related billing) @ item level, use price type D.

I HAVE CONFIGURED THE SYSTEM AS MENTIONED BUT ITS NOT WORKING,

WE HAVE TWO CONDITION TYPES STANDARD FOR PRICING IN OUR COMPANY ZBP1 & ZBP2,THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE ZBP1 ENTERS IT IN VK11 AS THE PRICE FOR THE MATERIAL,THEN THE PRICE COPIES AUTOMATICALLY THRU ZBP1 IN THE SALES ORDER LEVEL, WE DO NOT WANT THE SALES DEPT WHILE CREATING THE ORDER OR INVOICE TO CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE PRICING.

PLZ.NOTE : WE WANT BLOCK THE USER TO CHANGE OR ENTER ANY OTHER CONDITION TYPE OR MANUALLY CHANGE

THE PRICES DURING THE BILLING DOCUMENT CREATION ( VF01).

Please guide accordingly,

For your desired condition type (use tcode V/06)

in changes which can be made section, Manual entries field, maintain as 😧 Not possible to process manually.

Hi,

you can fetch price and discounts from condition recordds also,

so the required price and discont condition types change it to atomatic entry has priority in V/06

and maintiain condition records in VK11
