VC Model not visible because of user.

Hi Gurus,

We have a problem because we have to change a VC Model which is currently working but we have no access to it. The reason of not having access to it is that the username, from which the model was developed and saved it into "MyModels" folder, was deleted.

Anyway, we have asked to admistristation to restore the old username that was used to developed the VC Model. However, we log in the VC and can not see the model.

Any idea of how can we recover the VC Model besides restoring the old username?

Hi

EP administrator will have access to all models. Export the model to local pc using hi s id. Then import the model with your user id into VC folder. This will allow you to restore that model.
