ChaRM: automatic fill of the field value of Change Manager

Hi!

I would like automatically to fill the field value of Change Manager when we create change document from service desk message.

1. Create new access sequence, with Source: CRM_PARTNER_I and

PartFunct in Source: 14 Employee Responsible (CRM)--Partner Determination via IBase Component/Header

2. Change partner determination procedure SDCR0001. Set the above

access sequence for Change Manager.

3. In IB52 partner assignment screen, set the default BP for 14

Employee Responsible (CRM)

then default change manager is proposed depending on IBase when I

create new Change Request

Could you explain a little more your step 1? while creating an access sequence I cant find CRM_PARTNER_I ?

Hi,

This configuration will come in SPRO , service desk, partner determination area . Try SPRO>SAP Solution Manager>Scenario-Specific Settings>Service Desk>Partner Determination Procedure-->Define Partner Determination Procedure

Hi,

Copy CRM_DNO_1 rule in PFAC transaction and assign this to a action which should you schedule to start at the creation of change document. This should solve your issue.
