Postal Code in Customer Master

Hi SD GURUS,

System throws the ERROR that " Postal Code Must have Length 7 '' . The requirement is to enter only 4 digits.

Kindly share your thoughts.

Use tcode OY17 and under that change/maintain Postal Code lenght Postal code length with length & checking rule for your customers country.

Hi there,

Go to T-code OY17, select your required country. Check what is the length in Postal code. Also check what is the checking rule.

Change the length of the postal code to your requirement.

SPRO --> General settings --> Set countries --> Set country specific checks.
