APO DP Realignment user Tracking

Former Member

Hello,

Does any one know, how to find user who had carried out realignment?

Log shows date, time and the record of realignment from the table however user name is not visible.

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Pradeep,

You cannot track it directly but indirectly you can

track based on table entries populated (only if the values

are stored in the tables/structures) but challenging process

I guess the table /sapapo/tsrlgadm will have your required

data, please check alongwith the following other tables/

structures too.

1) /SAPAPO/TSRLGADM

2) /SAPAPO/TS_RLG_ADM_STR

3) /SAPAPO/RLG_S_REQUID

4) /SAPAPO/RLGN_TEM

Other way is through authorisation objects. Check SAP

note 704416 for more details

Hi Senthil,

Thanks for your quick response. Table /SAPAPO/TSRLGADM has the user name with log entries.

Records will be available if Realignment table entries are not deleted.

We have controlled create(07) & delete(06) thr' autho object C_APO_RLG

Pradeep,

We are trying to use C_APO_RLG auth object in the /SAPAPO/RLGCOPY transaction and it doesn't seem to be called during the execution of the trxn.  We setup seperate test ID with & without activity 16 (Execute) and it doesn't seem to get invoked.

We are trying to prevent the users from Executing the Realignment txn.

Let me know your Thoughts

Thanks,

Will,

Try disabling C_APO_FUN / C_RLGEX.  This object can allow execution of realignment even if C_APO_RLG does not have 16.
