RMMAIN & SOLAR01/02 DATA MIGRATION FROM 3.2 TO 7.0 ehp1

Hi Gurus

We have a specific requirement to migrate data from version 3.2 to 7.0 ehp1 of the solman. This includes following:

1. RMMAIN documents

2. Documents structure

3. SOLAR01/SOLAR02 sort of the data

Please suggest me do we have some proven method to do so which is suggest by SAP. Any help in the regard will be helpful.

If possible please also tell in which tables documents & structure is saved by the solman.
