While creating a maintenance transaction in maintenance optimizer after the selection of product version and logical component. I am facing error message "No S user is assigned to your user"

Diagnosis

An S user must be assigned to all users of a product maintenance transaction.

System Response

The process ends with a warning.

Procedure

Assign an S user to your user with the IMG activity 'Assign S User for SAP Support Portal Functionality (SOLMAN_PROFILE_PARAM)'.

I have correctly maintained the S-user in RFC-OSS and assume that i have maintained the correct S-ID in AISUSER Table . The entry in AISUSER table is like :

User Contact Person

SOLMAN_ADMIN 7406932

Please let me know i am usi8ng SOLMAN EHP1 ( SPS18) and i do not want to update the patches for now..

the issue got resolved by giving "SAP_MAINT_OPT_ADMIN" role to the solman_admin user . i.e the user which is assignedin AISUSER table.,
