Item Rejected - Price not set to 0

I have a requirement for sales orders. In the sales orders there are a couple of items. If for any reason I reject one of the items, the price of the item is not set to zero.

What Am I doing wrong?

The price of the item will not be set to zero but the prices wil be inactive and will not add to the Net value of the order. This is provided you have the settings in Reason for Rejection config .

T Code OVAG for the rejection code , in the column Statistical Values, maintain value Y, then the value of the rejected line do not add to the order value.

Hi,

When you give Reason for rejection to a line item, then this material will not be delivered. If you look at the Item status of this line item, the Delivery status will be completed.

The system will not change the price to "0 ". It is unchanged.
