Reset the superadmin password SAP*

Hi All,

Account Locked after several attempts try to log on the portal. Tried to activate the emergency user by setting ume.superadmin.activated = TRUE. But received a popup error when I tried to set a new password value in ume.superadmin.password.

Error:

Incorrect Value

The value is not the same as previous value.

Your helps is greatly appreciated,

Hi David,

Enter the same password during setting time and confirmation pop up time also. Save and restart it. I think ur entering different password.

Hi David,

Once made ume.superadmin.activated = TRUE.

Click next line ume.superadmin.password and set the new password.

And then click set-> it will ask for confirmation enter the same new password.

save and restart it...

Hi Suresh,

It's seem to be a bug. When I tried to enter a new pw

and click set. I received an error message. I also

notice something, if you keep everything as a default

with the new installation, then you don't have this

problem. Only if you change the password.
