Sales order Default location

Dear Gurus

One scenario is like this at the time of creation of SO system Automatically takes storage location as FG01, can be view in shipping view of Sales order.

we have created one new storage location under same plant PM01.

and we have transfer some FG qty to that location and after that transferred material gets consumed from new storage location to one PP order

after that when i punch SO system Picking New storage location in Shipping view of SO , while our config is like that it should pick old storage location FG01.

Plz help i have checked assignment of picking storage location it is correct,

i wana know why system taking new storage location in so

Dear Rahul,

Storage location will never come automatically in standard in sales order. The system automatically determines the storage location using the combination Shipping Point + Plant + storage conditions .This happens at delivery level only and not at order level, with user exit changes we can force to get storage location.

Please check with userexit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP
