VKM1 - Blocked SD docs - help with setting for view only - authorisations ?

Hi

please could someone help with the following scenario we have .................

Is there a way that we can give sales team access to VKM1 with VIEW ONLY access ?

So they do not have the access to actually release the SD documents that have been blocked for Credit

Can this be done via authorisation settings ?

VKM1 is primarily used for Finance team to release SD documents, and due to SOX restrictions cannot be given as it is to Sales Team

Take a look at the following OSS notes:

I think they will resolve the issue for you.

May be you can create a z transaction say ZKM1, which has only display functionality of VKM1 and assign this z transaction code to the user profile.

VKM1 can be made available to people who has release rights. Please work with Basis.
