Maint Optimizer - not able to get the calculated cross-system stack xml

Hi,

I'm trying to download a few business packages via solman maintenance optimizer. I can select the files from the download manager, but when proceeding to the next step in the wizard i get error msg: "not able to get the calculated cross-system stack xml".

Do you know what I can do to correct this?
