No CCMSPING data available

Hi,

The CCMSPING agents are OK in our Solution Manager (all the tests are OK in RZ21). But in the System Monitoring workcenter (System Status view) all the systems have the status in "gray" ("no CCMSPING data available").

In the past we solved this problem by restarting the SolMan server but of course this can't be a workaround because our SolMan is already productive and the monitoring scenario is used by our operators to monitor all our SAP systems.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hi,

It seems to be a problem in the CCMS. In RZ20 all the MTE nodes have status "Node (MTE) data cannot be determined (malfunction)". Is there any way to solve this problem without restarting the server?

Hi,

Just for info. The problem was solved by making a reset of the CCMS segments from transaction RZ20.
