Another good option is also to read posts in Solution Manager Forum and Help.sap.com
DSWP is one of the main tx you will be using but it is better to start reading documentation before to get the knowledge for the Solman use.

You will get many Turor files,Demo's,PDF's regrading the various functionality/configuration of solution manager @ https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/support ->Knowledge Exchange ->Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer ->SAP Solution Manager.
