Solution Manager should have a local SLD configured
The SLD local to Solution Manager is actually considered the central SLD for your whole SAP landscape - and should contain all systems - depending on what products you use in your landscape will dicate how each system will be registered in the central SLD - systems that do not utilize SLD for runtime and are not registered in any other SLD can be registered directly in the central
SLD - systems that do use SLD for runtime or are registered in another SLD - can be synchronized from their local SLD to
the Central Solution Manager SLD
The purpose of having a central SLD is to build a complete system list that can be imported to SMSY
and updated periodically in SMSY when changes are made (e.g SPs etc) - this saves manual effort in maintaining and
updating the whole system landscape - nevertheless creating a central SLD requires investment of time itself - so you need to evalute which way is more suitable for you to build your landscape in SMSY for use with Solution Manager scenarios
Best wishes

Hi Satheesh,
I would reccomend to go for local SLD for solution manager, so that you can make solman SLD as the central SLD in future.
Object server name is used to represent your SLD uniquely . You can give your solman server hostname as your Object server .
