The exch rate of parked invoice can't changed by posting date

In our SAP system , we use MIR7 to create park invoice at first ,and then use MIR4 to change the parked invoice and post it.

but when creating parked invoice, it's in May and the exchange rate is 8.6, and when we create real invoice from parked invoice, it's June and exchange rate turns to 8.2.

Then I change the posting date in the invoice from May to June, but the exchange rate is still 8.6, how can I solve this problem, please give me a solution a.s.a.p.
