Difference between Assistance class & faceless component

Hi All,

Kindly explain me the difference between the Assistance Class and Faceless Component in web dynpro ABAP.

As both are used for data fetching, please clarify the difference between these two.

Faceless component is like anyother web dynpro component without view/window.

here you can make use of the context and events of the component, which is not possible with assistance class.
