How to take Sales order or Bills in print format

After Va01 and Vf01 how to take print outs of the sales order or bills,

In Sales order & Billing doc, assign relevant ouput type in header/item based on your requirement.

Standard Output type for Sales order is BA00 & Billing is RD00

Hi,

You can take the print outs from the change or display of sales and Billing documents

Once the Output triggers , you save the document and in the change mode you can goto the BILLING DOCUMENT----ISSUE OUTPUT---->Layout will appear and take the print using print option in the Menu.

If you process the RSNAST00 for the output and the Document with the respective application

Then automatically it will be sent to the printer

Please check these two options and revert
