Issue in VL10A

Dear All

In VL10A, activities due for deliveries. Before the order number the red light is appearing.

Can anybody tell me the reason of red light/signal appearing before the order.

The order has been delivered and billing has also been done but still it appears in the VL10A with red light or sigal

Please guide me with reason, How to convert the red light or signal to green.

Hi,

Partially delivery can caused to red light during VL10A. I believe this could be a reason. Please check on this. TQ

Hi,

Please check if all the items in that Sales order are deliverd or not. If the order is partially delivered, then in VL10A it shows as Red Light against that order.

Also, please, read this exposition...

It seems that this is an issue with the delivery due index. The

record should be cleared from table VEPVG on creation of the delivery.

If orders are re-appearing on the delivery due list it is because

an entry remains in the table. This can be cleared out using a

report which checks the orders and redetermines the index, removing

it if necessary. Please see attached note 128947 for report

RVV05IVB to remove these indices.

Hope this should help in resolving the issue.

I never face with kind of this issue, but I could find a statement that can help you to understand better the process when you use a VL10* transaction:
