Form freezing

Hi,

We have our HCM P&F forms freezing. That is not the problem when it just spisn the hourglass after button clicked for example. We can not even press the button. Our form are ZCI and this problem is very sporadic. It might happen during the process, then we can close the form reopen and go through the process just fine. Did anybody experience similar problem? How it can be resolved.

The same data can couse form to freeze or behave normaly

So we have: both type of behvaior

- for a single user

- for the same data

- on the same machine

that is REALLY weird. I have nothing more to sugest. If I were in your shoes, I would create an OSS message.

Can you both work and freeze on the same machine? I mean, did you observe the problem specifically for some clients or it happens for all the clients "randomly"?

Yes it coud work and freeze on the same machine, in all clients

Most of my "weird behavior" experience was about the bad data coming into the right fields or (vice versa) good data coming into the bad fields. Can you tell what values can cause the problem? Or with the same values you can work and freeze, randomly. Regards Otto
