Input Tax (VAT) not reflecting in PO under conditions Tab

Dear SAP Guru,

Almost all SKUs in Retail Purchase Order attract VAT Tax. IN PO, all information like MRP, Cost, Margin are reflecting in Condition records where as Tax is not appearing although we have maintained the PIR records with proper VAT Tax. If we need to check the Tax we need to go to Invoice Tab.

Could you please suggest some solution for it.

Thanks

Hi ,

The general approach is to go the Purcchase Order Item Level

Conditions tab ... Click the Analysis tab ..

This will display the access its making to bring the conditions .

If your Pricing Procedure has Input tax Mandatory ... then you would also get a reason .. what piece of condition is not met ...

It can be Article Master tax Classificatio missing ( MLAN entry ) or it can be missing from the site as well ( T001W)

as I dont know your access sequence and condition tables definition I can only provide these generalised approach...

Kind Regards

Amitava
