download basket approval list problem

hello

my problem is my maintaince optimizer on solman is working fine it shows the file in download basket ,

the problem is it will not show the file of approval list so i am not been able to approve the files selected by me.

help anyone

my problem is that i can see the files in download basket which are approved by sending a message to service.sap.com but not the files which are in approval list yet to get the approval .

i did every thing which u nice person sugested but problem is little different.

If you need to approve items in your download basket for maintenance optimizer, you can open a message under component

SV-SMG-MAI-APR and request approval.

Normally there will not be an issue for approving if your maintanance optimizer is configured fine with the SUSER ID which has relevant authorization. I would suggest you to go through https://cw.sdn.sap.com/cw/docs/DOC-11236 for the correct procedures .
