could anyone tell me the field of 'central excise tariff' and on which screen i can find this??

In TCode J1ID, you can see this tariff. select excise tax rate radio button or

Else the related Table is J_1IMTCHID

For central excise tariff based on chapter heading as maintained in your system goto ->J1ID-> Excise tax rate

You can also check through table J_1IVTXRAT(if the database view is generated)
