How to get the Current log user as a parameter to generate a query

I have define a some default values in the user creation screen using UDF, I need to get this value to the another UDF which in A/R invoice, as the current logged user default value, for this need to get the current user ID and pass it.. How can I get this value??? and how to create this query using query manager...
