print out only once

Dear All,

How can we restrict user to take print out of a particular document only once at a time through authorization e.g. if user takes a print out of an ivoice using tcode VF02 it should be printed only once, a user can not change the number of copies let say to 2 or 3 etc.

Hi,

Please check the authorization object S_SPO_ACT where you have the attributes for PRNT - print once, REPR - print several coipes. Also, S_SPO_DEV is used for restriction print devices and S_SPO_PAGE is used for restricting number of pages.

Also, kindly check if you want to restrict only for VF02 or for all tcodes. If it is only for VF02 then check with your functional guy for any settingg in customization of VF02. Other wise if you do by above method then it will be applicable for all printing for that particular user whom you apply above restriction.
