Hi Gurus,
I have a RFx response which approval status is "accepted", but I want to reset its status to "awaiting for approval", is there any way to do it?

No. Unfortunately there is no way to reverse the status of an RFx Response from "Accepted" back to "Awaiting Approval".

if you change the data , again new version will be created right so new workflow triggered.
