Hi,

it is possible to generate standard service level reports for 3, 6 months and 1 year.

My second question refers to the Aviability. Do fascinate alternative the formula for aviability to change?

With which formula is the availability calculated for SLR? Or does the possibility exist to change this?

Dear Mirsad,

Yes, the SLR reports are weekly reports. This is based on the weekly data collection.

This is not customizable. There is no opportunity to change the reporting period.

I am not sure what your second question relates to the availability of what?
