Customers route (path) ?

Dear Experts,

i have a requirement as follow :

1- we have a sales reps (treated as partner function for every customer)

2- every sales rep has a path (route) that contain a number of customers (for example 30 customer for every sales rep)

how to implement this path in SAP and how to assign it to the sales rep and customers

please give me ideas

Hi,

You can use the sales group/customer group field where you can create the an attribute for each route and assign the same to the customer. This info will be copied to the sales order and through whcih you can generate the reports based on this. This is the easiest way.

Or if you can configure the route, unloading point etc. which are coming under the Transportation area.. that will be great...
