Error at the phase REV_DTTRANS/STARTSAP_DTTRANS

Dear

My OS : Redhat Enterprise 5.4 64bit

My SAP version : SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4 Ready SR1 64bit

My Database : Oracle 10G R2 64bit

I am upgrading my SAP ERP 6.0 to EHP4 SP2 and I are getting the following error message in the Proprocessing phase

I am having a new problem at the end of Preprocessing Phase follow as :

at the phase list : MAIN_DTTRANS/STOPSAP_TRANS -> EHPI request a Backup system -> I choice "Go Productive Again" after backup -> in the next phase : REV_DTTRANS/STARTSAP_DTTRANS with status of phase : "Start Sap system" and error message displayed in a box :

"Unable to execute the SDT request ABAP operation pre-execute on hostname sapree4 instance 00

Pre-Uptime execution of the ABAP upgrade request ABAP has failed

Error from unit observer

"

Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible

and then , I have stopped service of sendmail via "serivce sendmail stop" command -> status OK and start Installation program and GUI again

But error remains with same logs above
