Issues after New dev instance is created!!

There are some unexpected behaviours occured after a new Developement instance is created in SAP ESO.

problem 1:- Trying to create a new RFx, first page is providing various options for RFx. Selected RFP. Ideally it should go to next page of RFP but it refreshing the page indefinitly!!(showing a msg in toolbar tht error on loading the page) Can anyone suggest what can be the reason and how we can resolve it.

Really appriciate for resolving this showstopper!!

Hi Jagmohan,

The problem may be with the memory,

Try following steps to solve the issue

1) Refresh cache of ESO

2) Restarting complete ESO and NW system, including DB

3) Rebooting machine.

4) regenerating EAR file and re-deploy it.

Take one solution at a time and check....

Thanks a ton for your quick response.

The steps you mentioned were executed one at a time. But we are still facing the same problem.

Could there be any other reason behind this and any other activities we need to perform for getting this resolved.

Note:- We have got a old context/enterprise on the same server, on which everything is working fine. Now we have created a new context/enterprise and uploaded all the master data information and while creating RFX or Master agreement on this new context/enterprise we are getting these issues.
