Publish of product catalogue cancelled by system shutdown

Hi,

We have an issue in SRM 4.0 where the publication of the product catalogue was running when the system was shutdown.

The job has the status of cancelled in SM37 but the status of the catalogue publication is status 'R' (Running).

This stops this catalogue being published again as there is a check to see if it is already running at the start.

Has anyone got a fix for this or had a problem like this before ?

Hello Colin,

I'm not sure you are talking about SRM or CCM. If it is CCM please try /CCM/CLEANUP_UPDATE_STATUS program with status 03 parameter.
