For service related business charges for 1 day=50$, 5 day=30$ & so on.If business provides 50 customers 1 day services & 10 customers for 5 days services in 1 month .Then how to define in the system & calculate price in the system.
You can use Standard Pricing condition PPSV which is for Services using time units. May be you can use scales for setting up 1 day rate and 5 day rates. Good luck,
Ok I have maintain Day wise price in scales .BUt in the sales oreder I want create 50 quantity services for 1days service & 10 quantity services for 5 days service so that system will automatically pick value of 1 day= 50$ &5day= 30$ .please suggest me.then how I will do?
I am not getting what's your question. Let me try this way.
You can maintain 2 service products: one for one day service and another for 5 days' service. You maintain PPSV condition records for both products as required. This way you may avoid using scales also.
My point is very simple that services given to 50 Location for 1 day & charge is 50$(50*50=2500$)
And services given to 20 Location for 5 days & charge is 20$(10*20=200$).So I want create one single sales order for all this for single customer.Pl give me solution.
You maintain as many service products as needed. And maintain prices for them and use them in your service orders. If you need to identify customer locations separately, create them as SH Partners meaning a Sold- To customer A can have several locations (SH Parties) B, C, D etc.
