Punchout catalog not returning to SRM SC

Hi Friends,

I have a scenario where punchout catalog is not returning to SRM SC. We are in SRM 5.0 ECS on SP15. We have 2 punchout vendors. Its works fine with one vendor but does not work with other vendor.

Issue is control goes to vendor website and I can choose an item but control does not go back to SAP. On the vendor site it shows 'Sent to SAP' but control does not come back to SAP.

I debugged the BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER BADI and control does not stop in the badi from this vendor. I used HTTP Sniffer to analyze the data sent for both POST and GET. I can see traffic for POST but nothing for GET.

suggestions are welcome.

Rao,

The vendor site should submit data to HOOK_URL with Target=_top (returntarget parameter). Check in your HTTP logs if you see the complete HOOK_URL is used by vendor to post back.

Thank you for the input, I am closing the thread. I am still waiting for the catalog provider to work with me in resolving the issue.
