Dear SAP colleagues,
I am currently implementing the SERVICE DESK in Solution Manager.
I am creating a Busines Partner (BP) for Key Users.
1. Transaction BP
2.Business Parnter - Create - Person
3. I go to Identification tab
4. In IDType, there is no SP002 ITType entry, as mentionned in SAP Guide.
Any idea why ?

SP002 is used within Service Provider functionality.
What's the Support Package level of component ST 400?
Have you already activated Service Provided specific configuration?

ST-400 - SAPKITL40G - patch level 22
2. Have you already activated Service Provided specific configuration ?
No, I am following the implementation guide and there is no information related to "Service Provided specific".

SP22 is quite new, that's good.
Relevant entries are in IMG section: "SAP Partner-Specific-Settings" -> "Service Desk for Service Provider" -> "General Settings"
