MDM 7.1 BOM support

HI Experts!

Can you please tell me,is BOM supported in SAP MDM 7.1 and if so please provide some insight on it.

Kindly provide links/documents which could be helpful to understand the same.

Hi Ravi,

Yes it is supported. They added few things in 7.1 when compared to 5.5. Please see the use case 5 in this document (Page 38) :

Hi Ravi,

Have you tried building BOM in mdm 7.1??

Need a help to understand repository structure. i will be working on similar requirment. please let me in case if someone have integrated MDM with any PLM system for BOM or material master data.
