BPM-Not Responding

Hi

I am unable to open the existing BPM in IR(Design) when I click to open It is waiting for long time and says(Not Responding)

Let me know how to over come this

Check with you BASIS team and see the log files for more information why it is not responding.

Hi Jayaram,

Check by double clicking on other objects whether they will get open or not. Try opening the same object in some other system. If it will not get open from other system also then there should be some problem in server so inform to your basis person. he will check the services in J2EE engine and log file in server. Log files will keep on create and gets delete after some time. Basis person aware of these things so simply you inform the problem to basis team'
