Customize Entries of sdcr and sdhf (ields subject and category)

Hi experts,

I would like to customize the entry screen of SDCR and SDHF and for 2 of my issues I haven't found the settings in IMG or may be it is not possible.

1.) I want to preallocate the field "subject" (empty in standard) with the value "urg. Correction" because we only want to use this kind of action type and want to minimize the error sources.

2.) I want to hide the field "category" because we don't need this.

I found some settings to preallocate "priority" and the different Partner roles on the left side but nothing for subject and category.

Hi

For Subject

spro-Scenario-specific-service desk->service desk->Define catalog code and Profiles

choose SDCR00001 for sdcr etc as per req

for Category

spro-Scenario-specific-service desk->service desk->maintain category and priority

and if u want to hide then create a transaction variant for CRMD_ORDER in the SDH0(zero not O) tcode

Unfortun. I can't preset the field "subject" on this point of IMG.

May be it is not provided by SAP to preset this field.

Hi

If you create your own subject profile etc by copying standard and remove other entries

than by default your single entry will appear which you want.

More than that is not possible in standard but if you have more entries than

implement the badi for crmd_order and ask your developer to default that value
