Hello,
I have created shopping cart and i approved ,but stil it is in awaiting approval with error message "100xxxxxxx shopping cart can not be blocked". even after i transfered it manually also giving same error.
100xxxxxxx shopping cart can not be blocked".
please suggest me with your valuable inputs.

Try approving the SC by using FM BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE_WF.It will approve the SC .

Set bp at BBP_PD_MSG_ADD, to check via debug (tr:SWO1).
