accounting document is not created

Hi All,

The problem is I create(production) a one domestic sale order to billing, in the billing the profit centre document created, but the accounting document is not created.

instead I create the same scenario in Development in the billing the accounting document is perfectly created.

How to solve this issue. Please give me a guidline.

Dear,

Use Tcode: VFX3 and select Billing document no. to be released and try to release it if not released check the LOG and

you will get the exact error why the document is not getting release.

Post thr Error then only someone will be able to help u.

Hi Suresh,

Klndly check what the billing type is? if it is proforma then there is no accounting doc.

Otherwise goto VF02 click on Flag button(Release to Accouning).

If any problem exists,system shows the error message else accounting doc will be generated.

Hi,

Goto the change mode of billing document in VF02 and try to release the document to accounting manually

There will be a GREEN FLAG in the selection screen which release the biling document to account.

There you can get more detailed information on why the accounting document not released.

Please try this and revert back
