Hi ,

Is it possible to create a single Transfer order(TO) for more than one line items in GR against Material document.. For example PO has 10 line items and GR also done for all the 10 items at a single stage. Now i want to create a TO for that 10 line items in single document. Is it possible? If yes, how to achieve this?.

Yes, it is possible to create a single TO for multiple items in the GR material document. In your case, there might be some split criteria to split the TO . Check if there's any split profile assigned. You can check in Logistics Execution -> Activities -> Transfers -> Processing Performance Data / TO Split.

Yes,

Use LT10 to create one transfer order.

Use the dynamic storage type you post your IM level GR into as source storage type. (After posting goods reciept)

The source bin will be the GR doc. number

You can view the source info if you enter transaction LT06 after posting the goods reciept doc. (just view the source data and then back out without saving)

Example:

source storage type 902 source storage bin 43000023453 (yours will be different)

destination would be your recieving storage type/bin

then cancel the transfer requirement created when you posted the GR doc.

very easy short cut
