We are trying to delete the PR amount and set the status to TECO when we encounter these:

Sum of quantities > 2< larger than total quantity

Message no. 06 411

Diagnosis

The total quantity you have distributed among the account assignment

items exceeds the quantity of this material requested.

Procedure

To correct the total quantity you can:

1. Reduce the quantities in the account assignment items

2. Delete superfluous account assignment items by setting the deletion

indicator in each case

PS: the PO and SHC are deleted already. please assist us thanks

Hi there,

Please apply the following notes:

1108139 - SRM

796973 - Backend

E:06411 - Sum of quantities >&< larger than total quantity

should then not occur anymore for new PO examples.

PO's which stuck in RZ20 Alert Monitor must be re-ordered afterwards.
