Help on ATP and ATP situation of transaction CO09

I have noctied that in plant 1000, there are two stock location 0001/003.

And check above image, why the comfirn issue is just 2?

And how to read different number in Cum. ATP qty?

and also i know Checking Group is from MM master data. but where is check rule? and how check rule is determined?

Based on stock status as on 04.06.2010, the total stock available is 3198 for the:

Plant 1000

MRP area 1000

Avail Check. 02 - Individual Requirement

Check Rule A

For better understanding of Availability Check Control use tcode OVZ9, where you will Avail check determination with check rule and related config.

There are 2 Storage loc to Plant 1000 with following stock:

0001 - 200

0003 - 3000

In 01.04.2009, a delv doc no. 80015315 was confirmed with 2 (as indicated in confirmed column) stock from Plant 1000 SLoc 0001.

Thus in REC/REQ the stock is -2.

So, after avaibility check and confirmation of Quantities, theCum ATP Qty (cumulative available to promise)

The 2 row below STOCK row is total summary of material at Plant level

and 2 row below StLcSt (which mean Storage Loc Stock) in 0001 and 0003, respectively, indicated individual stock level under them.
