Webseal Timeout with long time running BW queries

Hi,

We are facing an issue with long time running queries (over 2 minutes) when they are run via SAP Portal. We have implemented a Single Sign On solution with Tivoli Access Manager Webseal on top of our SAP Portal.

Timeout in Webseal is set up to 2 minutes and cannot be changed due to limitations with other applications hold in the Portal.

Note that we have set up an u201Cintegration applicationu201D architecture where queries are published in the SAP Corporate portal via iviews.

Have you ever experienced same error? Iu2019d appreciate any suggestion you can make.

Error Code: 0x38cf04d3

Error Text: DPWWA1235E Could not read the response status line sent by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers, connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with the WebSEAL server.

Solution

Provide your System Administrator with the above information to assist in troubleshooting the problem.
