How to find roles that are not in use in RAR

Hi, Please can someone advise me. I need to find out what roles have NOT been assigned to users in order to exclude them from my RAR Risk Analysis. We are using AC 5.3.

It would be great if there is a report in RAR that I can use for this (i.e. Roles not assigned)

Else can someone assist with an easy way to do this in SAP. I am new to SAP, and am not familiar with all the transactions, or tables.

Hello Jill,

Please go to SAP System and Execute Transaction SUIM.

In the subsequent screen select the drop down for Roles and execute report "By User Assignment". Here in the subsequent screen select the radio button for "without user assignment". This should help you find out the roles which are not assigned to any user in SAP.

You have better to work with tables. in this case AGR_USERS can provide this info.

My advice : avoid SUIM as much as you can and use AGR* tables.
