Hi Gurrus,
currently i am facing a very serious issue, that system is allowing the order quantity to be change even the item is delivered completely.
Example
Initail order quantiy of an item = 10
Delivered quantity = 10
item status = completely delivered
now what i have done, i have changed the item quantity to 8 even 10 quantities has already been delivered.
at the time of changing quantity, system is only giving me a warning message and allowing me to change the quantity.
Can anyone help me out that how can i change the warning message to error message.
Hi
Check the Warning Message No. (I think it should be V4 083).
Then go to OVAH and against this message maintain E. This will resove your issue.

Hi,
Ideally the system should not allow you to change the quantity once it is delivered.
Please go to T- code VOv7 and for the respective item category please maintain the billing relevance as "A" and pricing as "X".
This will resolve your issue .

Please go in below path:
SPRO ---> Sales and Distribution ---> Sales ---> Sales Documents ---> Sales Document Item ---> Define Item Categories ---> (F8 - Execute) --->Select item line ---> Details --- > Business Data (Billing RElevance) fill box as per your requirement.

Try and use Tcode OVAH & maintain as W against your message number.
As per you requirement, you can change/maintain as E.
Thanks & Regards
