Commit Handling for Single BAPI call flag missing in Test system

Former Member

I am running XI 3.0 SP15 on windows 2003 cluster with oracle 9.2.0.6.

I have an issue where someone has used this flag: "Commit Handling for Single BAPI call" - in our XI Dev system, but this checkbox is not available in XI Test system. Both clusters were patched to SP15.

How can we make this option available?

Has anyone else come across this problem?

I have tried recreating the adapter but the same options are available.

hi Barry,

check question 3

I can't see my adapters in the adater monitoring after the import of a new SP - adapter section

in the XI FAQ page:

you need to reimport the metadata for adapters

with by reimporting the software component SAP BASIS with SP15

Thank you for your prompt response Michal.

I am not sure what relevance this may have though.... Please bare with me....

I have imported the configuration from XID to XIT via CMS. The adapter is available in the Monitoring in RWB.

Are you suggesting that the adapter did not, perhaps, re-generate properly after patching to SP15, and that we need to reimport the package again?

Sorry for my ignorance but wanted to clarify before making the system unavailable...
